Born and raised in Europe, Dilber Ciziri is a talented singer and actress who has showcased her work across several countries, including the UK, Turkey, Romania, the Netherlands, Germany, and Iraq. Over the years, she has received recognition for her performances, earning awards such as Best Vocal Singer in Turkey (2019) and several acting honors in Turkey, India, and Monaco. In 2024, she was also recognized in Mumbai as Dynamic Woman of the Year.

Beyond her artistic career, Dilber has taken on a new role as the Director of the Monaco Charity Film Festival (MCFF), a platform dedicated to supporting independent filmmakers and emerging talents.

Founded a decade ago by philanthropist Vicente Zaragoza, MCFF was created to provide opportunities for filmmakers beyond mainstream industry giants. The festival is committed to welcoming a diverse range of films, from feature-length productions to short films and creative projects from around the world.

In addition to her work in film and music, Dilber is passionate about humanitarian causes and actively supports initiatives promoting human rights and social awareness. As she continues her journey in the creative industries, she remains dedicated to using art as a means of connection and positive change.
